1. The completed application form should be submitted on line with a scanned copy of the child’s passport photograph and birth certificate.
2. A copy of the completed form should be submitted to the school's office with a passport photograph, photocopy of the birth certificate and the original copy for sighting. Photocopy of last school result and original copy for sighting. Also a copy of the receipt for the application form.

Closing date for submission of the completed Application Form is Friday, 21st July, 2024

EXAMINATION DATE: Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024

EXAMINATION TIME: 9:00am

EXAMINATION VENUE: University of Lagos Women Society School Hall, UNILAG.

EXAMINATION RESULTS: The results of the entrance examination will be released on Tuesday, 29th July, 2024.

Deadline for the payment of school fees is Friday, 30th August, 2024.

Parents are advised to check the school’s website for the results. Please note that results will not be posted to individual candidates.
